200g of our 100% Fullblood Wagyu beef blend, 400-day grain-fed, MB 8–9, mozarella and truffle aioli, served on a potato bun
150g of our 100% beef brisket blend, 100-day grain-fed, BMS 2+, with crispy pork belly bites, grilled halloumi, guava BBQ sauce, nata and lettuce.
House blend of chopped beef brisket, 100-day grain-fed, BMS 2+, chorizo santarosano and mozarella with hogao, crispy potato straws, BUHO sauce, served on a milk bun.
150g of our 100% beef brisket blend, 100-day grain-fed, BMS 2+, with ripe plantain, aged cheddar, guacamole, bacon and house aioli.
200g slowly cooked pulled brisket, santarosano chorizo and glazed pork belly bites with tostones, mini arepas, pickled red onion, grilled corn, chimichurri, hogao and ají verde.
Crispy potato wedges and diced Santarosano chorizo, topped with melted mozzarella, Parmesan and corn kernels served with our house aji verde sauce
Hand-cut Wagyu beef tartare with guacamole and egg yolk, finished with chives and pickled red onion

BUHO was created because we believed Perth deserved a burger experience that goes beyond the ordinary. After years of building two of the city’s most successful steakhouses, we came to one simple conclusion: if exceptional steak begins with exceptional meat, then so should every great burger.
That’s why we do things differently. Instead of starting with pre-prepared mince, we begin with carefully selected premium cuts of beef. Then we naturally hickory smoked them to develop depth of flavour before being ground in-house, creating burgers that are richer, juicier and full of character. It’s our way of bringing true steakhouse meat craftsmanship to the world of burgers.

Walk-ins at BUHO Burger House are always welcome, but bookings are recommended Friday & Saturday night for two or more people as we can easily be fully booked.
